BetDirect has recently chosen Microgaming software for its poker and casino products, following the acquisition by 32Red. BetDirect Poker is now part of the Microgaming Poker Network.
BetDirect has been launched in 1998, and quickly became a solid operator with a strong reputation for their excellent customer service and innovative marketing solutions. Players are able to access a wide range of “easy-to-play” betting services, including Online Casino, poker and sports betting.
BetDirect Ltd is a wholly-owned subsidiary of 32Red Plc, a listed company on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange that operates the popular Online Casino 32Red.
Ed Ware, CEO of 32Red, said: “Microgaming’s consistent reputation in providing quality software for both casino and poker enables us to deliver a high quality service to our customers, thus it was a natural choice for us”.
NETeller, one of the most famous financial company in the online gaming market announced that they will obey US rulings on online gambling transactions, but US players can still continue to use their online services.
The company changed their policy yesterday evening (Thursday). NETeller and announced they would comply with the Act to ensure that they can continue to operate with the support of commercial partners and to protect their shareholders, employees and reputation.
NETeller said that some areas of the Act still remain unclear and added: “This uncertainty should be largely resolved when the Secretary of the Treasury and the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System issue the regulations they are required to prescribe within 270 days”.
Non-US customers are not affected at all by the legislative changes in the United States and they can continue to operate as normal.
